HTS code plus country of origin to landed cost under Sections 232 and 301 and the current reciprocal schedule, with the Federal Register or CSMS citation and a checked-on date.
Method
The schedule behind the tool is the 22-line, 9-origin table from the 2026 tariff schedule piece, checked against HTS 2026 Rev. 18 and the Federal Register on 2026-09-09. Each instrument (column 1 rate, Section 232 under Proclamations 11021 and 11032, the 2018 China Section 301 lists, the 2026 Section 301 forced-labor tariff) is applied to the declared customs value and summed. Annex III articles carry the 15% all-in cap through 2027-12-31 and revert to column 1 plus 25% on 2028-01-01; the entry-date switch shows both. IEEPA tariffs (struck down 2026-02-20) and the expired Section 122 surcharge are excluded.
Every input is mirrored to the URL so a scenario can be shared as a link. Where the schedule does not settle a question (CBP’s netting of the KORUS cap, the combined China rate) the Method block on the calculator says so.
Default assumptions come from the Public Bid-Tab Price Book. Pro subscribers can save inputs. Institutional seats get the underlying series.
